Refund Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective May 26, 2026

All Sheen subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are requested directly from them.

1. Apple App Store

If you subscribed via the iOS Sheen app, request a refund from Apple:

  1. Open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the Sheen transaction.
  3. Tap "Request a refund" and provide a reason.

Apple decides per their own rules, usually within 48 hours.

2. Google Play Store

If you subscribed via the Android app:

  1. Open play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
  2. Find the Sheen transaction.
  3. Tap "Request a refund" within 48 hours of purchase. For older purchases — fill the "Contact developer" form.

3. Cancel auto-renewal

To avoid being charged for the next period:

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise the next payment will be charged.

4. When we can help directly

If something doesn't work in Sheen — email us first at support@sheen.style. We might resolve the issue without a refund. If not, we'll help you submit a request to Apple/Google.

If you were charged due to our technical error (for example, paid access did not activate because of our bug), we will:

This policy does not limit consumer protection rights granted to you by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or for EU users — by EU directives on digital services.
